5 Habits on How to Stay Fit

Being in a crowd that have a problem in their size asking you how did you maintain your body as slim as before, do you go for a diet? or what rigid exercise you make to have a fit body? it's quiet flattering as they see you you're in the right shape at your exact height. 

But my explanation to them, this is just a simple habit like you perform everyday, to eat but in the right time and no rigorous exercise involve. I will share to you some of the things i usually do without giving up the food you love to intake and no hassle to go to the gym to stay firm and  still you enjoy it! 

Here it comes :

1. Drink Water 

As you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water to start your day cleansing your body and it is also gives you a calm feeling. At least drink 8 glasses of  warm water in a day.

2. Take your Breakfast

It is very essential to have your tummy full in the morning because you need a lot of energy to do your activity for the whole day.Be sure at least you have fruits in the morning for the right digestion of the food you intake. Do not escape your meal.

3. Don't eat too fast

When you eat do not eat like there's no tomorrow, eat as if your in a class restaurant, put a small amount of foods in your plate just a cup of rice and viand. Indulge and chew your food slowly  until it will crush thinly.

4. Eat at the exact time

There is the right time in eating, like in breakfast it should be at 9am , lunchtime at 12:00 noon and dinner time at 7pm be sure to include fruits and vegetable in every meal or just for 1 day its ok. No more extra food  to intake within the day if possible. You can have your favorite food but intake that in minimal amount for you not to crave it.

5. Do the brisk walking or household chores

Walking daily is the best exercise, do it everyday wherever you will go or do the household cleaning like sweeping and mopping the floor, water and cultivate the garden, cooking, washing the dishes these are the alternative for exercise, it will sweat you a lot.

My Inspiration in Writing Passionately

I have come up this title as i reminisce my past during my College days.Way back on my school days, I discover my writing capability when i have a subject "History" in my first year in College. As goes our  day a long way in our subject, we tackled the writings of our great National Hero " DR. JOSE P. RIZAL ". Those topic fascinated me because of the genius idea of Rizal, i really love his writings. He's very poetic, genius and romantic person as what we discuss all his books he published.

Along our discussion my mind creating a magical idea, or i call it daydreaming to be  exact. That moment i want to become like Dr. Jose Rizal..ahihi..not too bad, i just idolize him on how great writer he is. From then on i say it to myself its not too late yet if i will start writing, anyway there's no harm in trying as what the sayings goes. So i've tried to write, i bought a binder notebook of course with my favorite color pink for me to inspire to write. Started this at first a sayings or a qoute from what i have read in any books, that is only my reference that time. I just copy those i like and find out i wrote a lot and i read everything there. Later on as i continue writing i dicover i can write a poem also, it gives me inspiration to write more and do it every single day this makes me feel that i love this craft.

As school days went on before the class start, me and my classmates love to stay in the corridor talking, laughing and of course singing. Through that bonding i feel so happy and contented with my friends as we shared our talents they find out that i know some basic in guitar strumming. One of my friend told me "Kot (they called me pikot because i have a chinita eyes PIKOT- is a Visayan language for chinese eyes.) you know how to write poems right?Why not write a song for our barkada (friendship) and i will make a note for our song" my other classmates agreed and that's what i did. Those things happen through my inspiration in writing. 

Unfortunately, due to lack of finances we usually transfer another house to lessen our payments through that thing i lost my notebook that is full of my original poem and did not found it. I was so hurt and feel discourage because of that i stop writing. I feel that i don't know now how to make a poem. But when i'm moving on i realized why not to try to write again it is ok if i don't know how to write a poem at least still i can  write more than 500 words. From then on, i started to write again and still my inspiration in my passion in writing is Dr. Jose P. Rizal. 

Another good persons boost my confident to write is my sister Carol and my high school best friend Adith, also i love the writings of my high school classmate Jiji. They are also my inspiration to pursue writings whatever happens. I'm not a good writer at all nor expert for this but for me i love to do it and it makes me happy to write anything under the sun.

This is what i can say that this is my talent and no one can get this to me.

This is my passion and i will pursue this talent given by God to me,my inspiration are God's Angel to guide me.

Our 2nd Year Anniversary

" Happy 2nd Year Anniversary hon! " this is what i greeted to my honey this morning February 19, 2013 and he replied with a smile. Eversince then, my honey is a not a typical guy who will give flowers or chocolate for you to impress you instead he will treat you for dinner or he will think that those money he will buy those stuff rather he will buy foods for my family. Indeed he's a family man, he always think of those people at home. At first, im so upset but later on i realized he's right, he just think of the others needs, he knows were to put the money in short he's a practical man. 

In the afternoon of the same day, i think of  to make a card but unfortunately i don't have materials to create so i decided to draw a card in a photoshop. That's what i did, as i finish it i upload it in his facebook account and greeted him again there. For me in that way i can express my feelings and say it to the world that i love this man. I don't expect any returns as long as i love him and he loves me that is a big thing to me.

Late in the afternoon before we go out to work he told me softly " Hon, let's have a dinner outside and celebrate our anniversary, as what i heard my ear clapping and my heart pumping so fast it feels happiness that why i  replied him "sure hon!" with a smile. But of course, being a practical man he just remind me that we will just eat in a buffet restaurant it is cheap yet we have a lot of choices. For me no matter how cheap it is i don't care as long as he still care and never forget your special day.

As we go out from work that night, we decided to go to the buffet restaurant that we didn't dine in yet. We both like seafoods that's why we look a buffet restaurant with seafoods and choose Tita D's Kainan along Anda Street. We arrive at the exact time in that place, people just came and go some looking for a place to take and others busy indulging the delicious food serve in that restaurant. 

Got our place and Oliver my honey started get his own food in the buffet corner, i didn't leave the place yet because a lot of people coming maybe if i will go with him no one tending our things that i leave so i just stay for awhile and wait for my turn to get some foods. As we have done getting our foods, of course we never neglect to thank God for the food were going to intake after that i ask a waiter to get some picture to us so that we have a remembrance during our 2nd year anniversary.

As we start taking our dinner, i just stop for awhile and get some picture of all the menu we indulge like Fresh Kinilaw, Grilled Panga, Fried Chicken, Crispy Shrimps, Bangus, Adobong Baboy, Warm Corn Soup, Lumpia Shanghai with appetizer, also we take dessert like watermelon, brownies, chocolate cake and chocolate biscuits with softdrinks. We are so full  that night as we finish indulging the food. After a minute as we've done paying our bills we decide to goes home and bring pasalubong to my Mom and my nephew Rj. We brought durian for them because that's what they are requested to us.

We sleep that night with so much happiness in our heart, simple yet meaningful night to both of us. We are still longing for another more years to come in our relationship..hopefully this would be last forever! ^_^

My Fashion Style..Creative and Innovative

I come up with this..my fashion style just to share with you some of my Kikay side that you can be a fashionista without so much penny to spent.

I have here some of my pictures with my fashion and style..anyway fashion for me is the way you deal with yourself and bind with it with your looks and style. 

It does not necessarily expensive but it is in you on how to carry your clothes and accessories, you should be more creative and innovative.

   

Here are some :

I visit my nail artist and have it colored with red, put some flower design in white in each side and blue inside. This is very cheap i just paid 100 pesos for this cute and fancy colored nails. 

Usually i do it on my own to less my expenses and you can wear it long by changing colors. The nail colors prices are ranging to 20-40 pesos each so you can buy at least 3 to 4 colors if you have 100 pesos. :)

Walking around at  " THE PEAK " in Gaisano Mall with a very light and comfortable outfit that i wore that night. My 3/4 stripes blouse was given by my sister she bought it when i was in college then but still it looks new and trendy because i seldom to wear it. 

My skirt i just bought it to my colleague she sells it to me because she's getting bigger and it cost 150 pesos only while my belt is only 295 i just bought that last year in Victoria Plaza, my reversible bag is just a kinda incentives from a direct selling company that my sister inclined to and she give that to me also

I've got the cheapest watch it is only 150 pesos, my silver bangles comes from our eldest sister's friend who is a Manager in Globe and my sister give that to me, My hair rubber is only 5.00 pesos and my earrings is 750 from Unisilver. 

My shoes (doesn't show in the picture) is just like an espadrille with black & white color not so expensive too, i forgot the price.

My Hawaiian costume cost less because i bought only the plastic rope and the elastic strap which is very cheap it cost less than 100 pesos (I'am more fond in DIY though that's why i can save more). 

Our eldest sister Connie do the hawaiian skirt by tying the plastic rope to the elastic strap while my pink bra with a bikini short is my old swimming outfit just bought this during my college days at the boutique in Lay-away payments. 

I won't forget my acccesories also my old kikay acce and recycled it, my old slipper is only 100 pesos while the flower in my ear is came from our christmas decor.

Howie Rodeo a cowboy outfit..this is our theme during our christmas party last year. All of this are cost less party outfit because i did not take time to spend much in this event.

I bought my longsleeve orange dress at the boutique for only 150 pesos and my hat cost 100. Another cheapest outfit my boots for only 100 at the 2nd hand Store.

I do my own make up that night, my earrings and belt is my old kikay thing so no need to spend on this. That cheap and your in for the party!

During summer 2010, were having fun with my college friends unexpectedly though i was visited with my monthly period that's why i wasn't able to splash down in the pool but anyways i'm enjoying watching them and taking pictures. 

I chose that outfit on that day because i'm afraid to get stain so i wore all black to jive everything from head to toe. My black blouse was given to me by my sister-in-law i think it cost 295 something while my pants is not an original pants i just bought that as cheap as 500.

My Jumpshort Knot cord over all short with floral was a gift from my sister Carol. 

She bought it in Manila for me because she knows i like sexy and trendy dresses and she said it is appropriate and fitted to me as well. 

I forgot the price of that but she said to me it is cheaper there than here in Davao. My pink watch is only 150 and my pink slipper is only 100.

Red Carpet theme during our company's Christmas Party held at Mandaya Hotel last Dec.15, 2012.

I wore a navy blue halter style long gown which is not too expensive with accessories like wristwatch, earrings, and bangles that is approriate to my gown and the color  jive to my outfit. 

My silver 5 inches heels is not expensive too. This time i wont tell the price, i just give you a clue. It is written there. :)

My New Venture

Last Monday February 4, i receive my package from my supplier in Manila for i'm going to open a new venture which is selling fashionable clothes. I'm so excited when i receive these through my nieces they give it to me and shouting because they are so excited as they saw it. They told me " Tita we have surprised for you! " and i saw a bag of courier from JRS and open it excitedly.

 I've got only 13 items due to lack of capital, anyway this is only my starting when i have money again then i will purchase another bulk of clothes to add to my previous products. As of now,  i'm done doing my terms and condition in dealing with my products but of course i need to ask help to my sister to check and edit my business plan if its applicable or not. Everytime i did a decision i always ask advice to my sister because she have more experience in dealing a business and the other matters and still i am thankful to her because she's not tired of helping me specially like this.

I'm so excited to start my own business, hopefully it will grow soon in God's will and time. :)

Crafty Monday

Wow!..it's Monday again, this is the first day of the week and everybody quiet busy in our office here's what they are doing : some are chatting, gossiping, others walking, passing by in my office, and others just showing they are busy their office task but they are not. I don't say everybody do this, there is some of it are diligent to their work and really do the hard work here. 

Anyway, that's the life of an office worker you cannot expect them 100% doing their jobs. As for me i'm busy too! yes it is!...since i was transferred in my small office they get also my other loads, they left only the one i know but they didn't know by sending payroll online and releasing money. Through this, i have a lot of hours nothing to do that's why i decided to make a craft using the materials available in my office.

First, i practice to make a paper bag by using the scratch paper here in our office then i design it with my colored marker and a sign pen. At first i was hesitant to do it because i will always got a mistake then later on i find out i need to be careful in every details so that it will stand firmly and it looks good. Here's the outcome 

Another one i made a small paper bag, i use again the scratch paper and a glue to hold firmly the paper and print out a small spongebob pic to be my design.

I create also a clip bag with board, i design this for my niece kc's hairclip so that all her clip have a bag and hang it in the wall

The last one is a tissue roll carton, i make it as a pen holder this is also for my niece Rica.

Everything is a used materials and ready to throw in the trash can but i decided to re-invent all of the scratch.  If you have a scratch don't throw it instead reused it and use your imagination to make it useful again. Reminiscing my Journey in 2012 and to Welcome 2013

As i look backward for the year 2012 i have lots of realization, enjoyment, grief, blessings..etc. but did not think of regretting those years that give me not so good happenings that comes my way because for me everything happen has a purpose. In that passing days and months i have a lot to give thanks to our Lord Almighty, for this wonderful and colorful memories that have given me of this year.

All praises and so grateful to the Lord for giving us a bountiful, prosperous, happiness and meaningful  all year round. For giving me a new day and a new life in everyday that i have been through.

And for this, i humbly share with you some of my memories and rewind those days that makes me inspire to thank those people and happenings that i love most. Enjoy! ^_^

1. January 

A bountiful New Year!..yes it is!!!...were so enjoy while celebrating and welcoming the 2012 new year, it's so fun having an instrument to make noise using the kitchen utensils and  "torotots". My nieces and nephew enjoying doing it while clamping the casserole, open our sound system in maximum volume,dancing and getting coins outside 'coz our neighbor throw a lot of coins in the street.

This is also the month of celebrating the Feast of Sto. Nino and birthdays too!..yes,speaking of birthday in our family my sister Carol and I will celebrating our natal day. Her birthdays falls in every 14th day of this month, i'm so happy for her coz God give her another year to continue her life because without her i can't be here too. Together with her in this picture is her husband named Randy. We are so excited to hear that she is pregnant now, i can't wait to see my sister's cute baby. ^_^

On the 5th, It's my day!..i'm so thankful to Father God for giving me this wonderful day, i was born with full of Love with my parent and raise well and a God-fearing child. I receive also a very sweet and yummy cake from my ever loving honey.. I love it! ^_^

2. February

A Valentines Day! In every relationship this day is the perfect day for them. And we are part of it, i have here my own craft creating a valentine card for my honey. I think not to buy one but instead to make a card to express what i have felt to him it really make sense in doing this.

It's our 1st year Anniversary! as boyfriend and girlfriend. This is a very special day to me  because i haven't have a relationship that so long like this maybe because i'm not mature enough to handle a longtime relationship before but this time i have learn how to be patience, to understand and the likes. I feel so blessed having my boyfriend now whom i treated him as my partner in life likewise he did.

3. March

Kc and Rica crazy moments!..this month is their birthdays, Rica is in March 7 while Kc falls every 30th of this month that's why i posted them here both coz i love this cute and pretty nieces of mine they are bubbly and smart kid. One of their leisure time they will borrow my cp and take a pic, make a video, listening music and recording their voices. They are also my inspiration together with my 2 nephew Rj & Lloydy, they really makes my heart happy. ^_^

Team building of Sunway BPO Inc. @ the Samal Island with my collegues. This was taken during the awarding time, my team got the third prize of all the games and cheering competition. Before we start we just have our lunch with so much foods on the table like lechon, salads, kinilaw, sinugbang isda, fruits and others. I am part of the blue team as we divide ourselves to make a group.The program started with cheering competition then followed by all the games. Everybody is enjoying that day!

4. April

My RedLogo business i feel so blessed that i was learn how to sell when i was a kid. During my grade school days i started selling inside our room a biscuit,candies and others until i go to highschool and college. Eversince then im into selling that's why eventhough im working in the office im still selling some products. For me, i am enthusiastic in selling that's why i go into a small business like this my REDLOGO. I am dealing here a fashionable items like clothes, perfume, shoes, accessories and others. I go into it because i like fashion and i think this is fitted for me. Those who want to become a dealer in this field please contact me anytime.

Transferred to my New Office..just done my task and in a moment on that day ill be out, that's why i took some pictures through my cellphone and pose for awhile. Though this room is not big still i learn to love this place when the days passing by. It is cute, clean and attractive. Most of my collegue likes to go to my office because they feel they have a peace of mind in there.

Adith's vacation..arrived in this month and visited me in my office having a chitchat how was her life there in Hawaii and taking pictures to have a remembrance during her visit. She give me a gift a keychain and ref magnet and both are so cute.


5. May

It's Mother's Day month! i'm so happy celebrating this day because we let my mom to feel how important she is to us. On this day, we never neglect to greet her and give a little gift that makes her happy even my nieces and nephew show their love to her. Here's a link on Mother's Day Special blogs : Mothers Day!..

Another month for another Birthdays with my two siblings my Ate Connie our eldest and Ian our youngest. Every 25th of May Ate Connie celebrated her birthday while Ian falls every 17th of this month.

7. June

Newborn Ace! It is Carren son's birth..Oliver  and I  went to the hospital to visit the newborn baby name Ace and Carren my cousin. The baby is so cute and tiny it really gives us smile as we watch the baby in the nursery room. It looks like Carren his face and his color is from her. Everyone of us feels the happiness as we saw the little angel of my cousin.


I'ts my Honey's natal day! were celebrating his 36th Birthday in our house. I bought a cake as my gift to him and everybody is so happy on that day specially my nieces and nephew because they thought its their birthday.The kids wants to blow the candle, and they want it to be first in blowing. This is so funny celebration!

7. July

House Canvass ..I have a plan to get a housing loan somewhere in Tigatto Deca Homes Subdivision that's why i was scheduled by my friend to have a tripping on that area. But i realized the place is too far from the downtown and it's not applicable for us who have 1 Prep,1 in Gradeschool and 1 teen in Highschool. This is why i just take a pic on their houses in awhile then goes home.

8. August

My Father's Death Anniversary..Every August 1 we celebrated my father's death anniversary. Usually my family visited in the cemetery  and offer a prayer and flowers to him and place it to his tomb. Together with us is my Aunt Ester my fathers younger sister.

It's Positive!..i'm so happy when i've got the result of my pregnancy test. This is the most happiest feeling that i received this year. Oliver and I so overwhelmed when we've got a gift from God. The most unforgettable experience we received.  This month our baby is in 1 month old already and were so excited when we knew it. Nothing can compare the happiness can bring to an Angel to us.

9. September

My Ultrasound..This is my baby in my womb, i'm so excited and so happy when i saw it in the monitor. My doctor ask if it is my first time to have a baby and i say it yes and he said my OB-Gyne will be the one to explain to me about my ultrasound. On the other day i visited my OB and give to her my result and she explained to us that my baby has no heartbeat..i was so shocked! but she said we will wait because some have a heartbeat until 3 months. As we goes home while walking i'm so hurt and crying all the way,though i know Oliver too cried but he did not let me see he's crying.

I Lost my baby! :( On the 16th day of September is the most mournful day of my life. I've got miscarriage that's why i feel so depress, in grief and sadness wrapped around myself during that time. I really don't feel to continue my life because of what had happen. I lost my baby and it is so heartbreaking, I don't know what i'm gonna do.. this is the most crucial days for me. I did a lot to save my baby but i know it is God's plan, still his will be done.

I wasn't able to pass my sacrifices during my miscarriage when i heard a news about what happened to my office on the 17th day. Our boss decided abruptly to leave my office without any respect to ask permission to me. He just reprimand the people their to get all my things out in my office because our head in accounting, the bookkeeper and him also will be the one to used it. In that way, the action of my boss gives me another heartache, depression, grief.. i feel like i was dumped and step down my rights as an employee eventhough they made a small office outside for me. Because of that I've got sick, we call that in Cebuano language " BUGHAT " you will feel that your head is always aching,you cannot even touch or carry your head well if you will touch it it likes somebody pull my hair hard. I carried this sickness until first week of December.

10. October

Still in my mournful stage, sick and cannot even carry a bag or any light things because of my illness. Even to walk in just a step I'm having a hard time to do it. When i'm at bed i need someone to help me to carry my head up to sit down. And always have an assistance when i move like to eat and pee.

11. November

FAITH! We are tested how high our faith to the Lord because i'm not the only one got sick also my niece Rica, my Mom and KC. My heart feels that crumpled, squeeze like a fruit..it is very heartbreaking when you see all the people you love got sick. I'm so broke that time,i don't have work and no money to have a check up for them and to buy their medicine. All the sickness comes together and hit my family, that makes me to motivate that i need to be cured and be healthy again to save my family. That's why i started to have a rosary everyday, although i started my rosary last October but i seldom do it, i promise to myself i will do it everyday just to save my family in all troubles and crisis like this. I realized that God is always with us,no matter what happen we need to pray and have a strong faith to the Lord.

12. December

Back to work..I decided to back for work in this month eventhough i'm not totally ok, though my head is aching and cannot comb my hair still i pursue to back to work for i need it badly because of financial and emotional crisis i have been through. I'm thinking to pay all my debt during my miscarriage and to buy foods and medicine for my family that got sick.On that week i was surprised when my boss called me and said go to his office, he just ask me how i am now,why im at work though my 2 months leave not yet done i told him about our situation and after that without any hesitation he just announced that he's going to terminate me. I was so shocked of what i've heard i ask him why?what is my grounds?He said that my grounds are 1. I told my sister in Michigan not to help him to put up business in US and 2. I say againts him and the company which is not true because there is somebody here in the office who is mad at me and that's the management. I told him i did not say anything that is not the truth i just said what i have experience here and what is the truth, while saying that my tears falls down my cheek i feel hurt what he's done to me. He told me i will give you until February.

PARTY! despite of my downfall, i tried to overcome the bad things happen to me. On the 15th day of this month our Christmas Party happen, our theme for our party is a RED CARPET! i'm so excited on that day because i bought all the things i wear. I say to myself, i want to do it for myself to look good and feel good and erase all the negative people in my life. Before the party started, me and Oliver took  a picture outside the hall and followed together with my close colleague. The program started @ 7pm with an Opening prayer, Welcome Address by our boss and followed by indulging our foods then Christmas Carolling contest and Awarding and have a Disco with my close collegue. We end our party at exactly 11:00 o clock, the I.T guys invited us to join with them to have a bar hopping at Calle 5 infront of our office. We goes home at 2:00 o clock and Oliver got a little bit dipsy. The party is over and it's back to normal on the other day. We have so much fun! ^_^.

It's CHRISTMAS time!..yes!,falls every 25th of December everyone is waiting for Christmas because this is the day of giving and the most excited of it are the kids, they can't wait the clock move to 12 in the midnight because they have a lot of gifts to be open. Everybody is so happy because of the gifts given by their love ones, a lot of foods in our table, reunions of every family and friends and party everywhere! This is a time for a family having a get together,taking their Noche Buena and opening gifts in the middle of the night. Christmas Day is the birthday of our savior Almighty, this is a reminder to us that God Loves us that's why we need to give back his goodness to us at exactly 12:00 in the midnight, we sing Happy Birthday Papa Jesus! ^_^

Birthdays, birthdays, birthdays!!..so much birthday in this month. On Dec. 2 it's my mom's birthday,on 17th is RJ's birhtday and in 27th is my father's birthday.Upper left is my nephew Rj with his close friends L-L and Tyron, his friend Ton2x came late during that night because they have their church activity. At the right side my mom giggles when i say her "say cheese mother! you need to show your baby teeth ^_^.

How lucky i am to experience the rainy season of my life, and feel the warm of sunny days..still my faith to our Lord Almighty mold me as a tougher lady, a broadminded gal and an intelligent woman.Through this hardships, sentiments, happiness, grief and joyful moments makes me inspired to keep on kicking to the most fullness of life, keep dreaming and keep believing the things i can do and need to do. To continue give my Love to the people i care, to hone my talent that Jesus gave me, to become more patience in everything i do and pursue the venture i wish to do. With all of this Lord, in the year of 2012 i will say a million times of  THANK YOU! :)

1. January 2013

 WELCOME 2013! .. i feel so blessed and good luck will come my way because of the goodnews i receive on the first week of the month, everything i heard are happy, full of hopes and another venture will born in this year.
