5 Habits on How to Stay Fit

Being in a crowd that have a problem in
their size asking you how did you maintain your body as slim as before, do you
go for a diet? or what rigid exercise you make to have a fit body? it's quiet
flattering as they see you you're in the right shape at your exact
height.
But my explanation to them, this is just a
simple habit like you perform everyday, to eat but in the right time and no rigorous exercise
involve. I will share to you some of the things i usually do without giving up
the food you love to intake and no hassle to go to the gym to stay firm and
still you enjoy it!
Here it comes :
1. Drink
Water
As you wake up in the morning drink a
glass of water to start your day cleansing your body and it is also gives you a
calm feeling. At least drink 8 glasses of warm water in a day.
2. Take
your Breakfast
It is very essential to have your tummy
full in the morning because you need a lot of energy to do your activity for
the whole day.Be sure at least you have fruits in the morning for the right
digestion of the food you intake. Do not escape your meal.
3. Don't
eat too fast
When you eat do not eat like there's no
tomorrow, eat as if your in a class restaurant, put a small amount of foods in
your plate just a cup of rice and viand. Indulge and chew your food slowly
until it will crush thinly.
4. Eat
at the exact time
There is the right time in eating, like in
breakfast it should be at 9am , lunchtime at 12:00 noon and dinner time at 7pm
be sure to include fruits and vegetable in every meal or just for 1 day its ok.
No more extra food to intake within the day if possible. You can have
your favorite food but intake that in minimal amount for you not to crave it.
5. Do
the brisk walking or household chores
Walking daily is the best exercise, do it
everyday wherever you will go or do the household cleaning like sweeping and
mopping the floor, water and cultivate the garden, cooking, washing the dishes
these are the alternative for exercise, it will sweat you a lot.
